Microsoft Project is a project management software product, developed and sold by Microsoft. It is designed to assist a project manager in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads.
Microsoft Project provides robust project management tools with the right blend of usability, power, and flexibility, to manage projects more efficiently and effectively. Microsoft Project enables to easily plan projects, effectively manage resources and collaborate with others. Microsoft Project 2016 has all the functionality and features with some enhancements and new features including more flexible timelines, better control over resource scheduling.
